Citations to articles in the Virginia Journal of Law & Technology

For readers who follow the Bluebook's rules on source citations as provided by The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (17th ed.), cite to articles in the Virginia Journal of Law & Technology according to Bluebook Rule 18.2.6(b), on page 140. Citations should consist of the following items of information, in order: (a) the author's name, (b) the title of the article, (c) the Journal's volume number in which the article appears, (d) the name of the Journal, as abbreviated, (e) the first page number of the article within that article's volume, (f) a pinpoint citation to the page in which the relevant material appears, (g) the year of publication in parentheses, and (h) a reference to the article's online location, with "at" preceding the Web address.

Although this organization has members who are University of Virginia students and may have University employees associated or engaged in its activities and affairs, the organization is not a part of or an agency of the University. It is a separate and independent organization which is responsible for and manages its own activities and affairs. The University does not direct, supervise or control the organization and is not responsible for the organization's contracts, acts or omissions.
